Care Stewards of Michigan, was established by a Registered Nurse/Certified Case Manager with 24 years of nursing.

The foundation started in a group home setting caring for physically and mentally disabled individuals.

As a Register nurse & Certified case Manager her skill sets include coordinating care with hospitals, doctors, and treatment centers.

Our founder has managed chronic conditions such as diabetes, COPD, hypertension, end stage kidney disease, pressure and surgical wounds, colostomies tracheostomies, peg tubes supplemental oxygen cipaps and bipaps.
